The deadline to submit your abstracts for poster presentations, January 13th, 2015 at 11:59 pm EST USA, is just one week away!
Several merit-based travel awards for new investigators (not more than 7 years post their terminal degree if from a developed country) or any investigator from a Low-Income or Middle-Income Country (LAMI), no matter what their academic stage, are still available to the best abstracts.
You can submit your abstract for the InWomen conference at this URL, however please note that the system is not configured to work in Google Chrome. Please use Internet Explorer (IE) or Mozilla Firefox instead: www.tinyurl.com/InWomenAbstract
Abstracts will be reviewed by members of the InWomen organizing group and you will be notified if your abstract was selected and if you have been awarded a travel award via e-mail by April 1st, 2015. If your abstract is selected, guidelines for preparing your poster are identical to those of the NIDA International Forum poster session and can be found at this URL: http://www.cvent.com/events/2015-nida-international-forum/custom-35-e7cb0d090bc04a9a98d52e7569a15a1f.aspx
*Please note that conference registration is separate from the abstract submission process, but you must register and attend the conference to have your abstract published and to receive the travel award.
*Registration for the conference will be opened in February 2015. All those who submitted an abstract will be sent an email with a conference registration link.
