2015 InWomen Conference: CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Cathedral Rock by Stephan Ray

Abstracts are now being accepted for poster presentations. The deadline for abstract submission is January 13th, 2015 at 11:59 pm EST USA and several merit-based travel awards for new investigators (not more than 7 years post their terminal degree if from a developed country) or any investigator from a Low-Income or Middle-Income Country (LAMI), no matter what their academic stage, are available.

Conference registration is separate from the abstract submission process, but you must register and attend the conference to have your abstract published and to receive the travel award.

You can submit your abstract for the InWomen conference at this URL, however please note that the system is not configured to work in Google Chrome. Please use Internet Explorer (IE) or Mozilla Firefox instead:

Abstract Review, Notification and Travel Awards
Abstracts will be reviewed by members of the InWomen organizing group and you will be notified if your abstract was selected and if you have been awarded a travel award via e-mail by April 1st, 2015. If your abstract is selected, guidelines for preparing your poster are identical to those of the NIDA International Forum poster session and can be found at this URL:

We are working hard to raise funds so we can offer travel awards for new investigators with the best abstracts which have been accepted for the poster session. If you would like to contribute to an end-of-year tax-deductible travel award fund, please click here:

Registration for the conference will be opened in February 2015. All those who submitted an abstract will be sent an email with a conference registration link.

There are only six more months until the 2015 InWomen’s Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. To ensure that you make the most out of your conference experience, stay connected and informed on all conference updates by:
